Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Cut the Chicken: Start by cutting the two chicken breasts into fillets. This helps the chicken cook evenly and more quickly.
  2. Tenderize the Chicken: Cover the chicken fillets with plastic wrap and use a meat hammer to gently pound them until they are even in thickness. This step ensures that the chicken is tender and cooks uniformly.

Step 2: Prepare the Breading Station

  1. Beat the Eggs: In a container, add two eggs and beat them well with a fork.
